Everyone starts somewhere,
Then they realise that the place they are is not where they want to be.
And in order for them to reach the place they want to be,
They need to have clear and concise goals.
Setting goals needs to be done meticulously,
1 year ago I was:
-Not fat, but not muscly either,
-Had a depressed outlook on life,
-Did not work hard,
-Had no discipline,
-Had no long term goals
-Did not want to do much with my life.
NOW I wake up with a buzz.
I know there are things in my life that I want to conquer.
Now I am:
-Jacked (I gained 15kg/33pounds pure muscle in one year)
-Best mental health/mindset ever
-Iron minded (disciplined)
-Most ambitious person I know
-Chasing and achieving IMPOSSIBLE goals
-And making progress each day.
So I made this guide on goalsetting to share my knowledge with you.
